COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gems Sensors 54820 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsd-Varilimit products, including obsoleted and phased-out Guardian parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsd-Varilimit such as the VS10EM1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A41015961100 manufactured by Guardian and we are pleased to be able to service most Guardian systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IBIL24DO8MAC by Manufacturer Phoenix as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aromat Brand NL6EXDC12V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ancor such as 900ACM6VAM110 equipment made by Ancor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ancor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ancor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HC48713202 made by Hubbell as well as the popular KemetT494D475K050AS original spares produced by Kemet Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CR324F610A by Ge and 900ACM6VAM110 spares by Ancor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A5E00825002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
